AIGC Creator Studio lets creators connect a TikTok account, prepare a video post, choose publishing settings, and publish after an explicit confirmation.

Information we handle

When you connect TikTok, we receive the account identifier, display name, access token, refresh token, and permissions you approve. When you prepare a post, we process its caption, hashtags, video type and size, privacy and interaction settings, and disclosure choices. We keep the TikTok post identifier, status, and caption for 30 days, then remove them the next time the service runs its retention cleanup.

Video handling

When you confirm publishing, the selected video is sent through our service to TikTok in sequential upload chunks. We do not retain the video file after forwarding each chunk to TikTok.

How we use information

We use this information to connect your account, refresh its authorization, transfer the post you selected, show its status, protect the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use account data for advertising.

Storage and security

TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored in the service's account database. The encryption key and TikTok application credentials are stored as protected service secrets. Account tokens are removed when you disconnect. You can also revoke access from TikTok's app permissions settings.

Sharing

When you publish, your video, caption, hashtags, and selected settings are sent to TikTok. We use hosting and database providers to operate the service. We do not send your tokens to TikTok support or include them in support email.

Your choices

You can disconnect TikTok from the workspace or revoke the app from TikTok's account settings. You may ask us to access or delete information associated with your account by emailing support. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
